My Chocolate: The original chocolate making workshop, London, £65

What could be more indulgent yet utterly enjoyable than learning to make your own, top quality confectionary? Enter into My Chocolate’s beautiful and quaint fifties style kitchens, dip marshmallows into the seemingly never-ending chocolate fountain and prepare to enjoy yourself. The class will be lead by a master chocolatier, who will guide you through the origins of chocolate and cocoa aided by a few taste tests of cocoa beans, spiced and dark chocolate, just to make sure! After demonstrations on how to make truffles, nut clusters and chocolate fudge while away the afternoon dipping and decorating your own sweets, which can be gathered into a ribboned goody bag for you to take away to enjoy at your own leisure. A fun interactive afternoon of total indulgence and luxury, book your place quickly as space is limited.
