OVERALL OBJECTIVE
Having a focus or goal makes you more likely to achieve what you are trying to do in your life. With that in mind, this workshop guides participants through a series of exercises helps them focus on 3 things:
What is important to them as individuals,
How they see their futures,
What they can do to get the future they want.
These techniques can and should be used at any time in life.
The objectives of this workshop are:
To introduce a goal setting method that pupils can use now and in the future;
For participants to set some long-term and short-term goals for themselves that they are really excited about;
For pupils to write their own plan of action to enable their goals to be achieved.
