OVERALL OBJECTIVE

Developing Effective Teams aims to provide new insights and build the skills which will enable students to play a fuller role in any of the teams or groups they are part of both at school, outside school and in their future careers. This means they and the schools get an immediate payoff and valuable experience is added to their CV.
