Debbie is an experienced HR professional who has worked at both operational and strategic levels for blue chip companies. Her background spans a variety of market sectors, including retail, finance, health services, charities and engineering.
Debbie spent 10 years at Marks and Spencer in a variety of HR roles and left to become an independent consultant in 2000. Her work during the past four years has focused on one-to-one coaching for career transition, performance improvement, business planning and facilitating management workshops.
As an experienced Human Resources professional and a strong project Manager, Debbie has a track record of managing a variety of complex projects for major businesses. She is an experienced coach with exceptional skills in the area of personal development both bespoke and for teams.
Debbie’s challenging and supportive style allows her to solve business issues in a pragmatic way, enabling sustainable change in both individuals and organisations.
Debbie became interested in NLP whilst busy heading up the HR function for a large division.
She completed the Practitioner and Master Practitioner whilst still working for Marks and Spencer and then went to USA to complete her Trainers training.
The NLP course that she has developed not only gives managers tools and techniques but also gives them the opportunity to use them on themselves for their own development. Debbie found NLP gave her confidence in her abilities and clarity of her goals which enabled her to establish her own consultancy.
